KUYAVIA-POMERANIA

Toruń, Tuchola Forest, and Gothic villages.

Gingerbread, pine forests, and small towns with a Gothic soul. For those who love discovering the less obvious.

Toruń and Gothic

Kuyavia-Pomerania is a region where Gothic meets gingerbread. Toruń — the city of Copernicus and gingerbread — is one of the most beautiful Gothic cities in Poland. Chełmno delights with six churches and medieval walls.

Bydgoszcz, the region's capital, is a city on the Brda river — with Mill Island, Bydgoszcz Venice, and the most beautiful Art Nouveau in Poland. All within a hundred kilometers.

Tuchola Forest and the Vistula

Tuchola Forest is one of the largest forest complexes in Poland — pines, lakes, villages of Kashubians and Borowiacy. Perfect for cycling trips and a slow weekend away from the city.

The Vistula Valley around Chełmno, Świecie, and Grudziądz is a land of orchards, vineyards, and old churches. A region where you can ride along Poland's greatest river without meeting crowds.
